Estimate the cardboard burden at your community.
Use a few basic property details to estimate staff time, cardboard volume, container-space pressure, and the potential operational benefit of a Box Caddy program.
No labor estimates, hauling costs, overflow-event counts, or cardboard-volume guesses required.

Instant Estimated Impact
Enter property information to see a quick operational estimate.
Estimates are based on unit mix, resident handling, building-side recycling setup, pickup frequency, observed cardboard overflow severity, and Box Caddy planning assumptions. Public space-saved estimates are capped using assumed cardboard share of the selected collection stream: 30% for shared recycling dumpsters, 90% for cardboard-only dumpsters, 25% for recycling compactors that include cardboard, and 95% for cardboard balers. Baler estimates model staff prep and staging/capacity relief for a dedicated cardboard stream, not ordinary mixed-dumpster savings. The calculator does not assume every property pays by weight, receives contamination fees, reduces scheduled pickups automatically, or receives direct charges for every overflow event.
Why This Matters
Cardboard is highly recyclable, but its operational impact starts before it reaches the bin. Loose and intact boxes can consume container space, create clutter in shared areas, and force property teams into corrective handling.
Box Caddy requires flattening. Flattened cardboard is modeled to use about 80% less space than loose or intact boxes, applied only to the cardboard portion of the waste stream.
Residents get a better routine. They can store and carry flattened cardboard with other recyclables in one trip.
Property teams get operational relief. Better-prepared cardboard may reduce shared-area cleanup, container pressure, and future service-right-sizing friction.
What The Full Report Adds
The public estimate is intentionally simple. The full report expands the story for a specific community.
Property profile and clear model methodology.
Staff savings, capacity relief, and service-right-sizing context.
Resident benefit framing, program options, pricing, and sources.
Optional custom Box Caddy mockup using the community logo after submission.

Submit the quick form and Box Caddy will follow up with a more detailed report and, where logo artwork is available, a conceptual branded caddy mockup.
- Full report uses the same planning logic as the instant estimate.
- Logo artwork can be collected after submission.
- Financial benefit is shown as conditional planning upside, not a guarantee.
